This is a vintage Smith Corona 1903A3 rifle chambered in 30-06 Springfield. It features a 24-inch barrel, 5-round capacity, claw extractor, blade front sight, rear aperture sight, bayonet lug, sling swivels, and parkerized finish. Overall, this rifle is in good vintage condition with some handling marks on the stock. Bore condition is good with crisp rifling. Based on serial range, this rifle was manufactured in 1944. The barrel is marked "SC" with flaming bomb proof mark and an 8-43 date. The bolt is marked "R" for Remington. The stock features a "P" proof and an "FJA" inspector mark.
