This is a vintage Siamese Type 46 Mauser rifle chambered in 8x50mm Rimmed. It features a 29-inch barrel, 5-round capacity, claw extractor, blade front sight, and tangent rear sight. Overall, this Siamese Mauser is in fair vintage condition with normal age-related finish wear on the receiver, barrel, bolt, and stock. The stock is missing its handguard, both barrel bands, and the front sling swivel. The dust cover is also missing. The barrel has moderate pitting. Bore condition is strong with crisp rifling. These rifles were manufactured by Koshikawa Arsenal of Japan under contract for the Siamese government between 1903-1908. A Koshikawa manufacture mark is visible on the left side of the receiver.
