Kimber 8400 Classic Select Grade 300 Win Mag Rifle

The original Model 8400 was specifically designed for the Winchester Short Magnum (WSM) family of cartridges, but rifles with standard-length actions quickly followed. As with the Model 84M, every dimension is minimized to keep the rifles light, sleek and balanced. At the same time, barrels are never shortened below optimum length so maximum velocity is retained. Four models with the shorter action are offered, each chambered in 270 WSM, 300 WSM and 325 WSM. To accommodate America's most popular big game calibers like .270 Win., .30-06 Spfd. and .375 H&H Mag., the Model 8400 action was lengthened. A total of seven sporting and three tactical models are offered. Classic Select Grade are elegant walnut-stocked hunting rifles that perform as good as they look.
