This is a collectible Japanese Type 14 Nambu pistol chambered in 8x22mm Nambu. It features a 4.6-inch barrel, 8-round magazine, fixed sights, manual safety, wood grips, and large trigger guard. Includes leather clamshell holster. Overall, this Nambu is in good vintage condition with normal age-related wear on the barrel and frame. Based on the 14.9 date code and manufacturer marks, this pistol was manufactured in September of 1939 at the Kokubunji facility under Nagoya Arsenal supervision. The bolt, trigger guard, trigger, and frame have matching serial numbers. The magazine is mismatched and numbered 839 on the spine. There are no import marks on this gun.
